  • Remove Your Module

    Disconnect your battery, release the main wire harness latch on the ABS unit, and unbolt the 4 outer Torx T20 screws holding the black plastic electronic box to the pump.

  •  Ship It To Us

    Place your order online, print your order confirmation packing slip, wrap the module securely in bubble wrap, and ship it directly to our rebuild facility.

  •  Reinstall & Drive 

    Bolt your rebuilt original module back on and reconnect the harness. Start your engine your ABS/VSA error lights will automatically clear after a short test drive.

How To Remove Your ABS/VSA Module

⚠️ DO NOT disconnect or open any brake lines. This service does not require brake line removal.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 10 minutes
  2. Locate the ABS/VSA modulator (Passender side engine bay, black box with brake lines)
  3. Unclip the electrical harness connector(s)
  4. Remove the 4 Torx T20 screws holding the module to the modulator
  5. Separate the module from the pump assembly — do not dissconnect the brake lines
  6. Wrap module in cardboard and tape it, then wrap in 2+ inches of bubble wrap, and ship in a sturdy box
